Christine Lau- Practice Manager
Christine Lau is a graduate of Maryknoll High School and the University of Hawaii. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 30 years. She helped her husband, Dr. Bert Lau, build their practice, Island Veterinary Care LLC (previously Oahu Veterinary House Calls), while raising their three children. She is excited to now work with daughter, Dr. Rachael Lau, who has joined the practice.
Her role as practice manager is to handle client communications, account management, human resources, and front office responsibilities.
Christine has been an active volunteer and past president of the following organizations: Junior League of Honolulu, the Friends of the University of Hawaii Jabsom Medical School, and the Punahou Parent Faculty Association. She also served as the co-chair of the Punahou Carnival in 2004. She is an avid traveler and lover of great cuisine. Her explorations include adventures in the USA as well as visits to countries in Asia, Europe and South America.
Adrienne graduated from the University of Hawaii with a BA in Zoology. She loves working hands on with all types of animals and finds it gratifying to help families who love their pets. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, cooking, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. She has two dogs, Samson and Boomerang, and a cat named Tucker.
Julie graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu with her BS in Forensic Sciences. She hopes to further her education in Analytical bioscience and drug design. Julie has always loved animals, and becoming a veterinarian has been one of her lifelong dreams. Currently, she enjoys helping animals and people through her veterinary technician position. Some of her hobbies include hiking and going to the beach with her two dogs (Mocha & Kiwi) or just staying in and reading or watching Netflix.
Christina- Customer Service Representative
